Products and Orders
All products are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party production and shipping partner. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Shipping
Orders are shipped internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the product. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. For most countries, customs or import fees are unlikely, but they may still apply depending on your location. These charges are not included in the product price and are your responsibility.
Because customs regulations vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about any potential charges.
By placing an order, you agree that any such duties, taxes, or additional fees are your responsibility and that Cindy Daccache / mango is not liable for them.
Returns and Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cindydaccache.com with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.
